Icon Plumbing: A Plumbing Contractor Mansfield Homeowners Have Trusted Since 2004

Icon Plumbing opened its doors in Mansfield back in 2004, founded by Condy Hammer with a simple goal: give North Texas homeowners a plumbing contractor they could actually trust. At the time, too many local plumbing calls ended in surprise fees or a rushed repair that didn’t hold up. Condy set out to build something different, a plumbing company run on master plumbers, upfront pricing, and workmanship that lasts.

More than two decades later, that same mindset still drives every truck we send out. We’ve grown from a single crew handling residential plumbing calls near downtown Mansfield into a full-service operation covering emergency plumbing, commercial plumbing, water heater installation, gas line repair, and slab leak detection across the entire DFW Metroplex.

What hasn’t changed is who answers the phone and who shows up at your door. We’re still a local plumber first, licensed under Master Plumbing License #RMP37112, and still committed to treating every home and business like it’s in our own neighborhood, because for most of our customers, it is.

Icon Plumbing exists to give Mansfield and the surrounding Metroplex a plumbing contractor that combines real experience with honest business practices. Every technician we send out understands that a clogged drain or a failed water heater disrupts a household or a business, and our job is to fix it fast, fix it right, and explain the cost before we start.

The values below guide every residential plumbing and commercial plumbing job we take on:

Homeowners and property managers across DFW have plenty of plumbing companies to choose from. Here’s what sets our licensed plumber team apart when it matters most.

Icon Plumbing calls Mansfield home, and it shows in how we work. We know the older cast-iron pipe common in neighborhoods near Historic Downtown Mansfield, the slab foundations that make slab leak detection tricky in newer subdivisions off Highway 287, and the seasonal pressure swings that hit water heaters hard every summer and winter.

That local knowledge extends across our full service area. We regularly dispatch licensed plumbers to Arlington, Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Hurst, North Richland Hills, Midlothian, Burleson, Benbrook, and the smaller communities around them, including Pantego, Euless, Bedford, and Dalworthington Gardens.

Beyond the plumbing calls themselves, we’re active members of the Mansfield community. We support local families and small businesses the same way we’d want a neighbor to support ours, with fair pricing, honest advice, and a plumber who actually picks up the phone.
