Plumbing Reviews from Real Mansfield Customers

Word of mouth carries a lot of weight in a service business, and plumbing reviews are one of the clearest ways to see how a company actually treats its customers. Icon Plumbing has built its reputation job by job, from late-night pipe bursts in Arlington to slab leak repairs in Mansfield and water heater installs across Grand Prairie. Customers consistently mention fast response, upfront pricing, and technicians who explain the problem before starting the repair. Neighbors from Mansfield to Fort Worth also praise our emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, water heater, and repair work.

That reputation is reflected in a 4.9 overall rating built from hundreds of real service calls throughout the Metroplex. Homeowners, property managers, and local business owners return to Icon Plumbing for everything from a leaking faucet to a full sewer line repair because the same standard of workmanship shows up every time. Being recognized as a top rated plumber in DFW is not an accident; it comes from showing up when we say we will and standing behind the work.
